One of the largest billion dollar cosmetics company through out the world is known to be L'Oreal. The
L'Oreal company was original founded in Paris, Hauts De Seine, France. L'Oreal is known for their hair color dye, skin care and body, make-up. L'Oreal products are usually founded in the nearest pharmacy's.
In the early nineteen hundreds Eugene Schueller a french chemist was famous for creating hair dyes with a formula known to be Aureale. Eugene Schueller started his bussniess selling his hair dyes to the local hair dresser in Paris. In 1909 Eugene Schueller started his own company in French known to be L'Oreal. The L'Oreal company was well known for the hair dyes products. When the company was discover the company employed three chemist to test the products.
The L'Oreal company started its progression throughout time. By 1950 over one hundred chemists were employed in the L'Oreal company. The L'Oreal company started to expand by 1984 over one thousand chemist was a part of the L'Oreal company. Today is known that over two thousand chemist are apart of the L'Oreal company.
The L'Oreal company started its business by the hair dye products but the company started to expand when it branched into beauty and skin products. L'Oreal markets over 600 beauty brands which are known for hair products, make up, skin and body creme and cleaners. L'Oreal is a well known company that its products are sold all over the world. All L'Oreal products are sold in hair salon, pharmacy, and the
supermarket.
The L'Oreal company has expanded through out the world. Today the L'Oreal company is founded in France, Japan, China, United States. Today the L'Oreal company is worth Over 3.057 billion dollars. Having over 67 thousand employees working for the L'Oreal company.
